World-famous urbanist Edouard Moreau will evaluate competition applications
One of the members of the competition jury is Edouard Moreau, architect, and sustainable development expert. He will act as an international competition curator and will improve the competences of the jury with his expertise in the global development of cities and public spaces.
Edouard — founder of Orchestra Design Studio, based in Paris and St. Petersburg, specializing in the development of urban development, city strategies, public spaces, and cultural clusters. Edouard Moreau was teaching at UCL Bartlett in London, the Strelka Institute in Moscow, Ecole d’Urbanisme de Paris in Paris and previously was a lead urban designer for international development consultancy Dar Group. He is the author of the concept and architectural project of the new “Octava” creative industrial cluster (Russia, Tula), co-author of the development concept of the Moscow River embankments (together with Meganom Bureau) and currently leading Kazanka Riverfront Strategy in Kazan.
On July 30, Edouard Moreau together with other members of the competition jury chaired by Vladimir Vasilyev, Head of the Republic of Dagestan, will review and assess portfolios and essays of the applicants.
