Consortium under the leadership of RTDA left the second stage of the competition

A finalist of the Open International Competition for the development of a master plan for Derbent, the consortium under the leadership of RTDA, has left the second stage of the Competition. The consortium under the leadership of Novaya Zemlya (New Land) has taken their place instead.

In accordance with cl. 3.7.1.6 of the Terms and Conditions of the Competition published on the official project page, the participant whose proposal was assigned the subsequent number in the ratings shall be recognized as Finalist in place of the disqualified Finalist (that is, the participant who got the 4th place as per the Jury decision of July 30, 2019), namely, the Consortium under the leadership of OOO “Novaya Zemlya”. Consortium members: OOO “Novaya Zemlya” (Russia), Groupe Huit (France), Mae Architects (UK), West 8 (the Netherlands), NRU HSE (Russia).
