Results of this work will form the basis of the competition task for elaboration of a master plan that will form the foundation for sustainable spatial and socio-economic development of the town. The result of implementation of the master plan will be a complete reboot of the town, capable of becoming a catalyst for the development of the whole of Dagestan,” said Abakarov.
Specialists of the Agency CENTER have already begun conducting a comprehensive analysis of all systems of vital activity of the town in order to prepare specific scenarios for development of the urban district and proposals for spatial organization of the town and adjacent territories, and development of the transport network, municipal infrastructure, natural recreational framework and public spaces. It is planned that the first stage of work will be completed by mid-autumn.
